These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by The Towerfort Consultancy LLC ("Towerfort," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with insurance-related services provided by Towerfort as an independent contractor/subcontractor for an agency representing Globe Life/American Income Life Insurance Company.

SMS Communications

Towerfort may communicate by text message with existing clients and individuals who have submitted insurance-related inquiries through the agency or authorized Globe Life/American Income channels and whose contact information has been provided to Towerfort for authorized follow-up.

Text messages may include:

- Follow-up regarding an insurance inquiry;

- Responses to requests for information;

- Appointment scheduling and confirmations;

- Appointment reminders;

- Client-service communications;

- Follow-up concerning insurance products or services requested; and

- Other communications reasonably related to an existing client relationship or submitted inquiry.

Consent

Towerfort sends text messages only when permitted by applicable law, carrier requirements, and the applicable agency and insurance-company requirements.

Where express consent is required for a particular type of SMS communication, Towerfort will obtain the required consent before sending those messages.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance or obtaining services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry, client relationship, appointments, and communications with Towerfort.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan.

Towerfort does not charge a separate fee for receiving SMS messages.

Opting Out

You may stop receiving SMS messages from Towerfort at any time by replying STOP.

You may also reply CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

After receiving an opt-out request, Towerfort will stop sending SMS messages to that number, except where permitted or required by applicable law or where you subsequently provide valid consent.
